Default SS emblens

Can anyone help identify these SS emblems? There were in the console of my car when I bought it in 1978. No numbers of any kind, only an "A" cast in the back side of each.
If the photos show correctly they are beveled/ angled like the should be on a rocker panel or possibly a deck lid. Dimensions are @ 1 5/8 long by 1 1/8 tall.

Default Re: SS emblens

Well they are Black and look to have the correct angle for fender mounting so I'm gonna say Chevelle 68-72, or 71-? Camaro, or 68-72 El Camino
