RIP Vic Edelbrock
I just saw a post on my Facebook page from Edelbrock Performance stating Vic Edelbrock passed away tonight from complications of a cold.
I can't find anything about it online yet. Can anybody confirm? |

Saddened to learn of this. A true visionary. Perhaps no one else has impacted the aftermarket performance industry more than the Vic Edelbrock Jr. (and Sr. who laid the foundation)? A profound loss to the hot rod community. RIP Vic. And thanks for all the innovations.
Note: Perhaps no one else has had their name so mangled in spelling or pronunciation in the hot rod world as the name Edelbrock, well, other than my own name? I can't even begin to remember how many times I have heard "elderbrock"?
