Default 1966 Chevelle roof rail blow out clip

I need to replace these on my car and didn't find any listed for a Chevelle. I bought a set for 1967-69 Camaro, as the clips on my '67 are nearly identical. Only the rivet holes are slightly offset. The clips that came are too tall for both applications. anyone use these and have good results. I don't want to have to pull these back out, if they are too tall to hold the glass properly.
If someone has a source for the correct clips, that would be great and the rivets too.

Thanks
Mitch
Rail in forefront is the Camaro, Chevelle behind.

Your originals aren't bad. Just remove them, blast, epoxy, then dip them a few times in plasti-dip.

Mitch, I recently restored the original blow-out clips on my 69 Camaro project and although the clips differ as you mentioned, the rivets should be the same for a Chevelle. Here are photos of the rivets I used which are an exact match to the originals and the punch to install them which worked well. The punch is a "snap rivet setter" I purchased as a set on Amazon. I re-vulcanized the clips using Plasti-Dip in the can which is much thicker than the aerosol version.
