That Ditzler ad is awesome! Reminds me of my dad as he was an old school body man in Pittsburgh who used Ditzler products a lot when I was a kid. Great memories, thanks.
And I actually found an old Lisle Jeeper Creeper that I bought for $20 at a local flea market that I proudly display in my garage in memory of my dad. They didn't work well at all, but it's what he used back in the day.

cars that get a Marti report are 1 of 2...

LOL. I have a Steeda Mustang that was a ex-hwy patrol car from Fl. with some special stripes down the sides, and the Marti report reads 1 of 0 with this paint(?) It doesn't get any rarer than that!

I still have one I bought new. Had to put a new plywood bed on it cause it had cracked beyond use from using it as a motor stand. No lie!

I also am the original owner of one of those, wore out several sets of castors.

Did those casters ever roll right? My dad's never rolled, just sort of slid across the garage floor. It kept his back off the floor, which is the main thing I guess.

I used them for years on a daily basis working as a truck mechanic. Worked great.

I don't know... that one looks kind of new fangled to me.

Here's mine. Still use it regularly, and the wheels roll great on a reasonably smooth surface.
