Default '72 Chevelle #s SS454/4-sp Convertible

Neat car - and interestingly, sold new at Jack Douglass Chevrolet in Hinsdale, IL.

Talk about an auction that could DESPARATELY benefit from decent pics....

Agreed.

Pretty rare car, appears to have it's original drivetrain too. Will be interesting to see where this ends up $$ compared to Joe's green one that sold recently.

What did the green one sell for? Just curious where the value is on these 72 W code converts is. I have one just delivered to the shop for a full restoration but am not up on the value of the 72's.

He listed it for $74K. Not sure what it sold for.

I think this Blue one is around that same figure.
Not many of these made or around anymore.

My car changed hands a couple of times after I sold it......Last known sell was at Volo.
They had it listed for $105,998. Not sure what it actually sold for.

Auction ended early on the Mulsanne Blue Convert.
I guess he wants to keep it now from what I heard.
