I thought the above plate in question was 68 and back and "Putting your first.....keeps us first" was 69 to very early 70's and "putting you first in a big way was early 70's and up? Very nice plate Jeff.

The 67 plates were very similar but the Chevrolet lettering in the bow tie was kind of italicized or slanted and the back had cardboard on same.. I do believe Rick is correct this is a 70 plate.

Cool Plate GLWS!!

I have one of these somewhere I am going to sell. Is there any other ways to identify the year? Which ones are the most valuable?

If you look at the Chevrolet Promo Models that the dealer sold/gave out it has the writings on the boxes. The 69 Promo models had the "Putting you first....keeps us first" on the boxes and the 70 and up models have the "putting you first in a big way" on the boxes. I always thought the "See America first" was very early 69 and back but my brain could be farting right now. Besides, who really cares cause it is a real nice example.
