What's the earliest known CBE stamping. Thought those were found on later October built cars. Charles 09D RS COPO was a BE 0911 ?

I acquired this rear end after purchasing the car, original was long gone. I have reason to believe this lines up perfect to assembly date of the car.

Had to show off these, Grady scored a pair, parking lamp wire clip that mounts at the lower hole in the front bumper bracket.
