'70 Chevelle LS6 Project, NOM w/Build Sheet
Checks some good boxes - Cranberry Red, LS6, M22, documented with build sheet. For $32,500 I think you could do worse, provided the bodywork is presentable. Anyone know this car? 136370A121006
Have to say I've never seen a block casting # that tough to read - wonder if it came from a rusty climate? Since it's not the original to the car I'm not sure it matters much, just an observation. Link to 1970 Chevelle SS454 LS6 Project |

I got this response from someone who looked at the car. I know nothing more about this one.
Rick, it’s funny that you mention that car, I was traveling through San Jose recently and I went to look at that car, the price is way out of line for what it is, there’s too much missing and what is there is a mess, the sellers description is completely inaccurate, the body panels are not original and the body work that was done is very poor quality, the body is very rough to say the least, the rear differential is not correct and the seller is not a honest guy , just a scammer looking to take advantage of someone, I was already in San Jose so it wasn’t a big deal for me but I feel bad for anyone that will make a long trip to see this one.
