Default Paint Booth on a public surplus auction

I realize there are stil 15 hours to go, but this Spraybake Paint Booth is only at $51.

Just too darn far away from me; Laramie, Wyoming.

My understanding is that these have been out of production for some time, but were very well built, and parts and upgrades are still available.

And another one a bit more complete for more $$$, but still cheap: https://www.publicsurplus.com/sms/au...ew?auc=2327109

If you click on "others sellers auctions" under...{city or Laramie} there are more paint booths for sale.

I sell booths new.. yes spraybake is a good piece..i sprayed in one when I worked on the line.. pretty solid piece

prob is they are difficult to erect if you've never done one, even worse to take it down with no experience.....they are so hard to get rid of, they sell for scrap, or owners pay to have them removed.. some competitors wont even take them as trade in, even though you buy a new $150k booth, and they charge demolition fees and waste disposal too...in my area, regulations have dictated updated booths for pollution control and employee safety, and now with water born, air movement etc has changed a lot.

other prob is, most of the time you have to be bonded to even get in a shop to take it down.. labor gets expensive, and when you pay someone to do it, then its not a deal

I have a few dozen young techs in my area that have painted in those booths..WYOtech was a huge resource to loose..thats for sure

That booth sold for $504.

Almost worth the 20 hour (one way) trip to Laramie.
