It is a nice car but it needs a frame off job done to it. It's scaly underneath has a couple paint jobs on it. Just not economically feesable to pay what he wants.

Looks like he got the NCRS report. Not shipped to Baldwin or even New York. Like I thought it's a real L78 that needs restoration with some period correct motion parts.

Looks like the NCRS shipping report came back as not even being sold in NY, as per the owner.
