Default Advice on buying gold

Anyone have any advice on buying gold or silver.I am new at it and just starting to investigate. All input appreciated. gary

Gary I would wait as the economy is still very slow and the price of gold and silver might be coming down soon.

With all the money they are pouring into the economy, and it isn't just the US, things will pick up for a while. Then inflation is going to hit. You will want to have gold then, from what I've been advised.

Timing is always the question. I know they are printing money like crazy. That means inflation. FYI
1 billion seconds = 31 years
1 trillion seconds = 31,000 years.
