That is the best car story I have ever read. Actually choked me up reading about Paul meeting his old car again.

The great part of the story was we were both looking for each other and went to great lengths to find one another.

When we went for a ride and I thrashed on it a bit he had a big grin on his face. Then when I pulled over and asked him to drive, and he said "no man I can't do it" I said get your butt over here and drive. As I sat in the passenger seat and put the Led Zeppelin 8 track tape on...that was the moment he spoke those famous words "It's amazing nothing has changed. It feels exactly the same. What a thrill" we both will never forget!!!

Pauls a great friend now, and a real car guy. As was mentioned previously Paul really wanted the car, and he asked me several times if he could buy it. His bother in-law Dennis, loved the car but was too young to buy it at the time. The good news last month they located a hugger orange RS/Z that needs restoration and it's being restored as we speak.

I still haven't located Bill Miller (William J. Miller) the original owner. Perhaps members who live in the Vineland, Franklinville, Turnersville NJ area could spread the word.

As I've said these cars have a story to tell and seeking the history and learning and meeting previous owners is a thrill and completes the puzzle.

That is AWESOME -- all we can hope for is when a person gets to that point in their life, there is someone who will say ... "get your butt over here and drive" ... TAZ

Very cool story Steve!

It's the like minded people we meet and the stories these cars have that make them special!
