It was most prevalent among Atlanta,Baltimore & Van Nuys assembled SS 454 1970 Chevelles.
Even though they received the Magnum 500 sport wheel and were not painted body color.

There was a L78 in the same color combo on CL about 2 years ago... I do like the combo!

If the car has a current DMV registration, maybe a law enforcement contact can check who the current registrant is.? Might help you find the current owner
