Default Shadow Can Am car flips at Road America

We were at Road America last weekend and one of the highlights was a Shadow reunion.
The Shadows were out there running one and two in the feature race, we were on the back part of the track where they go into Canada Corner. After they passed us, they red flagged the race. Here's a video of why the race was stopped. The Shadows hit 180 on the front straightaway, at the top of the hill they're at about 160. The driver was fine......

This car runs a 1,000 HP aluminum Chevy motor.

That’s crazy. I was fortunate to see these cars up close as my son photographed them.

Here's a before and after photo. It's the one in the center with the black roll-bar.

Wow and glad he's Ok also lucky to be on his knees w/ thanks this time just more racing experience.
Bill's right w/ the disturbed air also this accident similar to when Dino Crescentini went end over end @ 175 Mph on the back straight @ Mosport in '08 vintage racing my hero Gilles V's '77 Wolf Can-Am car, sadly Dino wasn't so lucky.
