Wanted 67 or 68 Eldorado
Looking for a 67 or 68 Eldorado. Fully loaded with paperwork and must be numbers matching . Prefer black, gold, red or dark blue. I think this was one the coolest Caddys ever made. Plus my Grand Father taught me to drive in one.
Thank for the post SYC

I emailed and called him to ask the same Bill and no response. If that had a clean title it looks nice. Thanks for the link Bruce

Re: Wanted 67 or 68 Eldorado
Note there's a response in the eBay ad now, see below. Bummer on the salvage title but sounds like a great driver for the $! ~ Pete Question & Answer Answered On Q: Do you have any knowledge as to why the car has a salvage title? Jun-09-14 A: Hello and thanks for your question. Apologies to all for not addressing this question up front! We purchased this Eldorado from the grandson of the long time owner, a well loved Los Angeles veterinarian who enjoyed the Eldo for many many years. We understand that sometime in the mid eighties the car was involved in a minor accident which damaged the left front fender. The insurance company, faced with the cost of replacing the fender with new parts, opted to total loss the car instead. This resulted in a salvage title being issued. The Doc accepted his payoff check, replaced the fender and continued on. During the refinishing process, we were able to verify that indeed the left front fender was replaced. Everything else appears to be original. We have ample service records going back many years in the Doc's name. We even discovered a few old snaps at local car shows back in the day. Please bear in mind that this is a 47 year old car. It is not a show car that is perfect in every way. It is a nice driver quality car that someone will enjoy tinkering with and showing at local shows over the years. If you are looking for a perfect car, a 67 Eldorado owned by Elvis is for sale here on ebay for $250,000. Your inspections prior to the end of the auction are welcome. Please be sure and bid to own as there are many people interested in this great car. Good luck bidders!
