Default #s '71 RS/Z, Factory Black

I believe this one was originally ordered with the sandalwood interior, too...which would make it a very interesting combo against the black paint. Definitely needs to go back to those colors.

I dig this one a lot - the seller raced it for years and just recently put the original engine back in it. I'd keep the cage in there...why not?

Looks Tough!
A set of Cragar Mags, L60 bias plys in rear and you'd be rockin!!
I agree- black paint with sandalwood interior would be striking combo.
I'd probably opt for no stripes as white would detract from the tan interior I think.

I am down with that! Wouldn't this car have roof drip moldings from new? He says the original hood has the chrome molding at the back edge, but he has no memory of it having rood drips. Those things are not reproduced. and it has NON RS tail lights

What color stripes would be offered from the factory with the car being black?

The Z28.11 code on the trim tag is indicator of white stripes. Let's say it was a white car instead, then that code would be Z28.19 for black stripes.

This one is back with a $35k buy-it-now - I seem to remember the car being really reasonable the last time it was up on Ebay - I want to say mid-to-high teens?

Is a black dash pad correct on that Ebay '71 Z with Sandlewood interior? This picture of a '70 is a sandlewood dash pad
