Default Picked up LS6 Chevelle

Ever since I was 14 I’ve owned 70 Chevelle’s. I recently stumbled onto a Cortez Silver 70 LS6 4.10 Automatic Car. I have the Canadian Docs from George. None of its original driveline was with the Chevelle but since I’ve bought it I’ve found a proper CRR LS6 engine minus the carb and smog that was assembled 8 days before my car was built, and also a complete CRW rear diff built 0216 B2 including the control arms and rear Swaybar. I still need to find a CY 400 turbo, automatic carb, and smog setup dated before March 1970. I hope to have it completed by its 50th 👍🏻I know I’ll have a few people say it’s not a LS6 anymore cause the original driveline is gone. Bite me!! 😂 I’m trying to upload more photos but they say they are too big.

Bout time you join! Steve is one of the good guys and very knowledgeable as well. However...…….you have to be one of the luckiest guys I know based on all your recent finds. Good luck on the CY trans.

Is the CY transmission special for the LS6 or is it just a '70 TH400? I've seen a few '70 TH400s for sale lately and I wondered if one of them might work for you.

It’s probably not the easiest... but I email them to myself and, before sending, my phone asks what size attachment I want to send. I choose the smallest or second smallest attachment size. Simple way for me to resize photos on my phone.
