Default 68 Nova foil emblems

Is anyone making the correct foil for the 68 nova . I thought I seen something about this recently. Maybe The Supercar Workshop? Thanks

Chad Keifer from Adams, MN makes anodized aluminum 427 (if that is the engine you are looking for) inserts for $165. I have not seen the 396 ones from anyone though.

Would they be the same as the 68 SS427 Impalas. The ones on my car are not red.
(faded?)

Thanks Gregg

Yes but I know of only 2 foil appliqués for the Impala with the 427. The red 427 and SS over 427 in black and silver. The also had SS over 396 as well.

Very hard to find and last I knew they were not reproduced. I do have a couple used ones kicking around what motor are you looking for? I may have 396 and 327. They can be restored if they are only faded. I bought a couple impala 396 foil emblems off eBay. Peeled them off and re finished them. They came out pretty good. I used them until I found a NOS set to put onto my car. They are only glued on. A heat gun on the back side and they will peel right off.

1 more thing the impala chrome bezels are only for the impala they are a lot flatter the Nova ones are curved to contour the nova fender. But the impala ones will work just not correct. Impala part numbers are 3920873 and 74 nova are 3920878 and 79 I think I will have to confirm that for the nova part numbers.
