'64 Fuelie Corvette Coupe #s Barn Find, Rough/Sad Shape
Description states that the tags and title are no longer with the car...insane...if this, and the missing parts, were due to theft over the past 30 years it's just downright sad.

I wonder when he says tags is he referring to the vin tag?

Unfortunately, it’s a parts car now. I don’t care what it is but I won’t touch anything without tags or title. That’s a double-whammy no-no.
