A very good question. Howie and I have discussed this at length. No non-converted cars have sold that we know of, so this should set the mark.
Having solid docs ought to help.

So until recently have all owners of these cars assumed they were all converted, and are some cars with 427 in them when they should have 396??
Second question, if you put a 427 in a non converted car, would it be frowned on by the experts? |

Ok, forget the experts. How about a Yenko camaro that should have a 396 but has a 427, any big deal or not?
