I can't view the video via youtube at work but I assume it is the Corvette going into the lake/river. Such a shame.

If you really want to see mayhem and destruction you need to see: It's a 1969 (Stingray emblem, push down door handles) in Riverside Gold on Saddle. Striking car. Hope they fished it out You're right about Halicki's Gone in 60 seconds Lee, it was absolute mayhem and it is still mind-boggling to this day how he pulled it all off.

The part where he's looking back, notice the left door panel is removed. Probably took the door latch out for extra safety. I wonder what happened to the car?

Hey, can we borrow your car for a few shots in a movie?
I have friends that have loaned their Corvettes/cars for movies (mainly Dazed and Confused) and the vehicles are not treated well. |
