Why so expensive? am i missing something? How can u tell if it was a L-78 375 hp., 325hp, or L-89 ? crazy stupid money..........

i saw a blurb on it somewhere, and they said hole stamping was HP...like copo...z28 l78...but i dont know if thats true or factual...its being talked about all over the net right now

14k is for the drama. seller hiding the bidders is a big red flag. To me the cowl tag looks real. The seller covering up the numbers so it cant be recorded.

why would u believe the cowl tag is real? everything on this thing looks suspect to me.. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img] u could not get houndstooth in a conv unless it was a pace car.....

Regarding the TT. Anything is possible, but it is understood that a convertible (except Pace Cars) could not be ordered with H-tooth interior(Deluxe int.), which code 713 indicates, but even if it did get ordered that way, the dash does not jive with the claim. Pic of dash from cowl in question and my Deluxe Interior dash. Look at area above G.box. Plain deceitful.

Maybe there's paperwork to go w/ the Vin...whether genuine or if it belongs w/ the cowl section or TT or whatever of the other wrongs???
Worst is the seller specifically hiding the vehicle identity is obviously someone from within the circle...but the #'s will eventually become known also perhaps scrutiny of other vehicles associated w/ this same seller?
