Default Date Codes Vintage Goodyear Rally GT Tires?

Looking for a little help to determine dates on some vintage Goodyear tires. Every time I think I get close to figuring out the answer the rest of the code does not make complete sense.

I believe 28th week of 1973
Unsure of most of the code letters.

Any links to websites that have good info on the old tire date codes, or firsthand knowledge would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I love how the edges of the tire where the tread meets the side wall is squared off! When I was younger my father had a 1965 ford shortbed with a fuel injected 302 out of a 86 mustang Gt and a 5 speed manual trans in it with L60-15’s on the back with the square edges on them. I just love that look.is there a name or do they call that look something?

Those are beyond super cool. Great size, and a killer pattern.

What are you going to put them on?
