Look at the dash where the VIN plate is, to me it looks to have been repaired. Left side
real square and sharp, right side looks rusty and rounded. Just a thought.

Amazingly, all that paper is real. Engine stamp looks original and is correctly dated for the car. Be curious what VIN is on the pad.
Axle is a late 69 or 70.
I'd check the hidden VINs on the body, seeing the condition of the tags....
