Default 69 Chevelle L-78

For an early 69 L-78 chevelle, Nov 68 build are the pulleys on the engine Smog, Water pump, and Crank black phosphate or painted black????
Or are one or two phosphate and one painted black or vise versa???

Any help appreciated

Thanks in advance

All painted black but the smog pulley could be phosphate, although mine was painted.
