O K before I do this. {attachment} anybody know if you heat plexiglass to bend it to a shape?

I think Lexan would be a better investment than Plexiglas..... it's not breakable.

Acrylic bends with heat, cant recall what gas you use though, at working pulling a all nighter if you dont figure it out let me know I can call my buddy in the morning, with the right gas it can be tweaked and even flows out any blems like scratches, pretty neat to play with and flow out scratches.
I played with regular gas out of the gas/acy torches on some the engraving I did if your really careful it can be done that way but sometimes leaves a blem where you were with the heat. |

I recall something in one of my craft from years ago. It was a heat strip (electric) that was used to bend acrylic sheeting. I have a new issue of the catalog at work, but nothing here at home. If I find something tomorrow morning I'll give you a call. Sometime before noon 'cause I gotta spend the rest of the day at an outdoor wedding. Forecast: rain, hail, high winds! Friday the 13th! Go Figure!!!!
