Here's the smaller profile 560.15 on 4" fronts. Car doesn't have an engine in it yet either but I'm trusting it'll look more at home when it does. I've seen the taller tires and they fill the opening pretty well but they are 28.5" and that's taller than I wanted personally.

IMO, It would be nice to find something in between...say like 26.5 tall

Not a slam, but it would benefit you to know that these beautiful wheels were made by a company called CRAGAR, not CRAGER. Just like Edelbrock is not Elderbrock. I’m not the vocabulary police, and hope this is taken with spirit of helping to educate and not intended to humiliate.

True, but I will add that it can be beneficial when searching for these rims,be sure to include both spellings in your search.
I've found both spellings used on eBay,Craigslist, etc.

Cragar wheels are being remade today but the style is way different than the originals were and a lot of people dislike the new flat spoke design available through Summit, Jegs etc.

The originals had a round spoke design and different hoop. They are easily distinguished from the new style wheels where the older ones are the choice for most. Many car guys want NOS quality and while they can still be found here and there, be prepared to step up because they can be quite expensive.

Especially the original 4" size!
