Default '143' Blueprint cam Install/setup recommendation

I'm installing the 3863143 '143' blueprint camshaft that I purchased from Rob & Jim back in 2009. Trying to find out if It's best to be running this cam straight up, retarded or advanced?? A while back I've read a couple of different recommendations here on installing this cam retarded and straight up, not sure which way to go? If retarded, how much?
My 1970 L78 motor is now at .090 over 396 or .060 over 402 and I had to run 12:1 pistons since that was my only option. My car also has a 4-speed, 4:10 gears and stock exhaust.

Right now the cam has been indicated right at spec, 108* Centerline.

Thanks in advance for your help!

It'll run great straight up. Have never heard of any discernible power gains running it retarded. Truly one of the best performance cams ever made by Chevy

Running it retarded most likely would have been to kill off low end power when drag racing with stock wide oval tires. That also added slightly more power at high rpm, but if neither of those are what you are after, no need for it.
