Looks like a very well kept California Camaro. Appears to have received a new vinyl top at some point.

Lose the front spoiler and Rallys, get the front end up, stock steel wheels and PO1 or wire wheelcovers, F70 whitewalls. (Assuming drum brakes.)

It’s a bit trivial for this car, but it really deserves the ‘67 rally caps to look its best.

I think it's a rule for '67s to have 68-69 caps and for 68-69 to have '67 caps. (Joke.)
