there should be a number on the stick where it slips into shifter body, they can be a pain to get out sometimes tho

Looks like a '70s Trans Am OE shifter body with a bench seat stick from something else jammed down in it. Possibly '77 by the date code.

Thats bench seat shifter for 70-72 GTO. Handle was also used on the Yenko Deuces

If you pull the handle, 4177 should be stamped at the bottom.

not 70-72 GTO....they are diff..way diff, and unique, and they fit all seat combos in 70-72
67-69 GTO/lemans/tempest bench seat actually a 67 according to the date

Thanks guys. I will try and get the stick out and see what number is on it, and research the number on the shifter to confirm date code. I agree with Marxjunk, probably a 67 GTO going on what I know of its past.
