Default Ted Nugent; Deer Hunter vs French journalist

Ted Nugent, an avid hunter, was being interviewed by a French journalist:

The journalist asked, "What do you think the last thought is in the mind of a deer before you shoot it? Is it, "Are you my friend?" or is it "Are you the one who killed my brother?"

Nugent replied, "Deer aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All they care about is, 'What am I going to eat next, who am I going to screw next, and can I run fast enough to get away. They are very much like the French."

Sounds like something a former President might say!

Probably the most philosophical statement ever made by Nugent, and 100% true!

Could you imagine it coming down to Hillary Vs. Ted AKA Mr. Cat Scratch Fever.......Man that would be fun.

Just for the record, Ted has stated numerous times he has never taken any drugs nor drank. He got his start in Rock & Roll about the same time the first gens were hitting the streets. He has said that instead of the drug and booze abuse that so many others faced his vice was that he never turned down a hot looking groupie~

I'd like to know under what circumstances Nugent was a draft dodger. When did he admit it? What did he say?

There were many of us who in the late '60's and early 70's got wise to the fact that that low life SOB (and other words that can't be used here), along with the even lower POS Robert McNamara, et al, were doing nothing more than deciding on a daily basis how many young American men would be political canon fodder that day. This was in fact the beginning of our affection for PC war, limited engagement and excessive guilt over 'collateral damage', which is a part of any GD war. You don't get your own men killed to save of few so-called "innocent" victims! Did we warn Hiroshima so the 'good' Japanese could flee????

This is why many Viet Nam era Americans loath LBJ and his America hating administration much in the same way the Jewish people hate Hitler. I hope to God LBJ and his ilk are burning in Hell right now.

If this was the stand Nugent took I support it 100%. My lottery number was 157 or so and I had already made up my mind that while I would die in a TRUE war, I would not die in vain and senselessly in a PC war that we had absolutely no intention of winning and certainly not for LBJ.

One of my best friends came back from Nam with his lower jaw blown off. A once 230lb. football player came home in a wheel chair weighing no more that 125lbs. and within a year could no longer stand the suffering and took his own life. Thanks LBJ!
