Default Help needed ... 1969 z/28

Looking to purchase this 1969 Z/28 … Would like some help with the Pad stampings and the Cowl tag please. Do they look correct and original? ANY help would be appreciated

The tag is perfect... NO PROBLEMS
I would not want to make the call on the engine stamp because the BROACH PAD NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH lacquer thinner before a LEGITIMATE determination can be made.

Am I seeing things or is there a crack in the cylinder head and looks close to the push rod. Not sure if it's just the picture, Or I'm just seeing things.
