Lee, you could in fact get the stripes in black if ordered through the F&SO department. I have two documented cars in my database with paperwork. One of which I personally inspected the buildsheet. I do not know of very many but it could be done.

The one I inspected was coincidently Black Cherry and yes the stripes do blend in dramatically on that color.
