Default Charged Double on Subscription Renewal

I've been double charge on my annual subscription renewal. Who do I talk with? I emailed a Steven with the issue, email was on the paypal bill, but no one has responded. The cc people needs this site to cancel one of the charges, they can't do it.

Bummer if that's what's happened but no worries as someone will get back to you soon.
If difficult to unwind the 2'nd payment, would extending your subscription another year be an agreeable and simple solution?

Scott,

I sent you an email, but as Charley stated I was sick the last few days and just catching up. You are all set as I explain in the email.

Thanks for being a paid member....

Hope you're feeling better -- the weather back east has been pretty crappy ... Craig
