Default LT1 return spring attachment?

hi
need a bit of help

wondering how the return spring is attached for 1970 4555 carb on a 4spd car.

i understand that at the back it goes thru the hole in the throttle bracket but where does it go at the front?

any help and pictures would be helpful

This is from a 1970 Z28 4489 Holley. The 4489 was specific to NA9 Calif emissions but I'm pretty sure the return spring connects the same as non Calif emissions carbs. Hope this helps.
