67 4k-Richard, I was just speaking with Mike, whom you purchased your car from in 1995. We were just talking about your car..

I thought there was a registry. Maybe with CRG or TC. Maybe off topic, but does anyone know about transmissions other than the M21 in 4K cars? I have the PoP with the numbers matching trans in my car and it's a M20. Thought I read somewhere there were a handful of cars without the M21.

'

No help w/ original engine L78 'Verts as OP quest but you guys into these cars should cruise the ads in the Old Newspapers thread if you haven't already as quite a few were '67 Camaro L78 'Verts.
There's others throughout the thread too but I tried trolling L78's specifically w/ a few different search variations and most resulting ads start @ Post 295 on Pg.#30 as link below + more '67 L78 'Verts further down also next pages too.
Any ads look familiar, locations/dates possibles for known cars whether MIA or existing today?

None with M20.
7 with M13 (HD 3-speed)

That's a very good estimate in this case.
