Not me, I have been pretty lucky with only one shot per deer. However, I am less lucky with my body as I have cracked the bridge of my nose and received stitches both times from taking left handed shots and not getting my head out of the way of the recoil. Notice (my) right eye "caused" by the last deer. The first deer kill was MUCH uglier (me) and lots more blood (mine)!

Should you decide to reside in Ill, you'll need to trade the hipo rife in for a shotgun. Gotta get a lot more close, and personal, and get a good rifled barrel. Some shotguns shoot slugs everywhere, but straight.
