Other than the wham-o in the passenger door, looks pretty good. May be in SoCal now, but has NJ plates and what looks like an inspection sticker in the windshield....perhaps someone in the Military?

That is a great buy at 18-20,000. Been in garage for 40 years. Probably no rust at all

Looks like it has a "big car" '66 389 in the bay with 092 heads.

I contacted the seller and the motor is a 389 2 barrel. I believe I can see rust in the passenger quarter immediately behind the wheel (almost cut off in first photo) and there’s rust around the leading edge of the driver’s quarter wheel opening. Otherwise, looks decent as far as visible rust goes. With a new top and some mechanical work, this might make a decent driver.
