Default Grumpy's 1967 Camaro

Anyone know if this has been found? Reason I ask is that something popped up on my FaceBook feed that is intriguing. It looks way too good to be the original, but you never know what sits in old garages these days.

I never knew of Bill Jenkins cars to be an automatic. I thought they were all 4 speed trans. Any idea where these pictures came from? It sure looks like his 67 Camaro SS 396-375 Horsepower drag car. Maybe someone switched it to an automatic and raced it some.

Excellent point; completely overlooked the trans.

There's more past threads here too but here's one w/ a Grumpy Toy Fraud car that appeared a few years back, is this possibly the same one further modified or a whole different car?

I asked someone who would know.

Jenkins '67 Camaro was sold to the Kimball Bros around 1970. They owned and raced it for many years, eventually restored it. Sold about 5 years ago to a large collection.

Dana Mecum owns one, and Vicki and Dale own the other one (67-68 cars).
