Default P&G Shifter application help

Does anyone have a catalog?
Looking to identify what I have here. The larger unopened plastic bag contains the mounting hardware, bushings, and clips. The small bag contains the shifter boot mounting screws.

I looked through my P&G stuff, this does not match up with anything I have. The long rods make me think the rods are for a Saginaw trans. The sifter itself looks like the one I had in my 1969 Chevelle.
