Cool old sign - anyone see one like it?

My father-in-law had this sign hanging in his garage along with other signs, mostly repro stuff. I never really looked at it closely until recently. I asked my mother-in-law where he got it from and she told me that the neighbor found it in the basement of his home and gave it to him back in the 1960's. So now I'm sure it's not a repro....single sided, never seen another like it. Anyone else seen one like this? A quick Google search didn't show anything. Any idea on age or value?

Just found online that the union representing brewery workers used the name on this sign from 1903 to 1917. We did have a brewery in town (Wooden Shoe Brewing Company) from the late 1800's to about 1954. I'm guessing this sign was nailed to the side of one of their delivery wagons.

I would say about 10" tall x 18" wide.
