Default Looking For Best Machine Shop In Chicagoland Area.

I am Looking for the best auto machine shop in the Chicagoland area/western suburbs to take my block and heads to for machine work.
Who do you IL. guys go to for top quality precision work?

The block is still std. bore but has too much wear so it needs to be bored .030 over and torque plate honed.
It also might have to be line honed because the mains are on the high side and cam bearings need to be installed also.
The heads need to be redone and would prefer to have them machined on a Serdi machine.I might consider having hard seats put in but I am afraid of having the heads trashed because there is always a risk of hitting a water jacket on big block heads when machining for hard seats on heads that have the 1.88" exhaust valves like my 3964291 castings and it is more likely of happening if you don't know what you are doing.
This is a restoration rebuild, I don't want performance modifications of any kind.

Dave....see Chuck Samuels over there...they can do anything you need....from bone stock to whatever......
