Default 1967 RS bezel, door and trim question

I'm going to replace the headlight bezels, doors and door trim on my '67 rs, but am wondering if anyone has experience with the OER brand aftermarket parts. Do they fit and look correct, or should I be looking for NOS ? I have an NOS left fender and good original right and want the parts to fit correctly.

If you have the original grill and want to replace the doors only you need to make sure you use the flat panel style used on the 67 and not the raised ones used on the 68. The aftermarket supplier called Classic Chevy or Chevy Classic ( I can't remember the name cause I am old) makes the correct version and they seem to fit well. Heartbeat also sells them.

Classic Headquarters is the name for flat panel style.

Yeah, I bought an NOS grille 18 years ago, when I acquired the car, but never got any further on the front end.

I had an issue with HQ many years ago with their SS gas cap that wouldn't clock correctly. I emailed them about it and they said I must be using an aftermarket neck. I sent them a pic of my original neck and their cap. They still claimed it was something I did. I posted a thread on Team Camaro asking if anyone else had the problem and got MANY replies that the cap was wrong. I sent the thread link to them and told them they either never tested their cap or outright lied to me about their junk part. Never heard another word, or if they ever corrected the issue. They sure as heck never offered to replace the cap, if they did fix it and never offered to have me return it for a refund.

If I bought something now and had a problem with their parts, my confidence in them to do anything to make it right is zero. They do seem to be the only source for this. I would like to just buy the complete assemblies.

Anyone have experience to share with the assemblies W-473 and 472 for fit and function ?

The NOS grill you bought 18 years ago is most likely not flat panel style either as they were discontinued a long time ago but if your not worried about having a 68 grill then it's no issue.

The nos grills sold over the counter were in fact 68 grills and they are slightly different as mentioned by travinz28.

I posted this question on team Camaro too and got no response.
Guess I'm going to be a test person again, as I just ordered the whole kit from HBC to replace all my damaged/worn parts at one time. They have a very good sale price right now, if anyone else is interested.

The NOS grille I bought a long time ago does have the slight step difference of the '68, but not enough to be concerned with. I toyed with buying the whole repro grill too, but elected to save that cost for other needed parts and just bought the bezels.

Should be here late next week and I will open and inspect everything and see if it all looks as good as they claim.

We are experiencing the coldest, sub zero, weather of this winter over the next several days, so I HOPE the shipper doesn't throw this around and break plastic parts.

I'm working on replacing the right rear quarter, tail and extension panels. Gonna be a while before I get to the front of the car. I only bought the kit at the time I did for the price.

I will say it all looks good upon inspection, but that doesn't mean much if it doesn't fit, eh ?
