I didn't see Charlie here but I may have missed him though...too many vodka shots,lol.I did see him cruise through the Russo-Steele auction Friday night but I didn't want to bother him.

Schmacher F-1 car:

Laguna Seca/Saturday
Mario Andretti was the guest of honor and he was reunited with his 1978 Championship-winning John Player Special F-1 car.
Mario ran exhibition laps both Friday & Saturday and you seriously could not get him out of the car.His laps were consistantly in the 1:25/lap range and he made it look easy,no mean feat by a 70 year-old in a 30 year-old car...

-----Great, great pics, John!!! The two pics of the Penske Camaros trunk appear to point out that the trunk "quick fills" are no longer used. Is that the case, or is there something Im missing???........Bill S

Yes Bill,you are correct...I was gonna put that part in but you're too sharp.

I did not see the 6-wheeler run,I believe it was the first time it's been to Monterey.One of my all time favorite cars,it was very cool to see it in person.
