Can't be harder than the five NOS D 70 14 Firestone redlines I bought!

Do you want a 40 year old diagonal mesh or cross mesh?

Looking for a twin to the one in the pictures with the embossing on the top of the filter. Not sure if it's called diagonal mesh or cross mesh. Thanks! Chris

I see..The one in your pic is a Diagonal mesh.
I wasn't sure if you wanted the + design...cross mesh.

Then I'm looking for an embossed diagonal mesh. Thanks for the clarification! Chris

For whatever it's worth, I can tell you from working on these puppies when they were new that they were delivered with both the diagonal and the cross mesh. The key is the solder dipped wire. Within months parts dept replacements became the cheaper-to-manufacture stamped expanded-metal type that everybody is now familiar with and still readily available.

Thanks Lance. The one in the pictures is from my '67 L78 Camaro convertible "Bat Car" that Sherman Gerlach saved all these years. We'll see what pops up! Open to options as long as it has the old brown paper. Chris
