Agreed. I am sad that I never officially got to meet Paul....though from what I understand...we were a few feet apart numerous time at Barrett-Jackson...

God speed sir!

I bought his Hemi Satellite and owned it for maybe 1 minute when my cell phone rang while still onstage and another member here crying that he wanted it. Huge profit...OK maybe little profit...Ok maybe no profit...It is going to a good home. I also bought one of Pauls Triumph's. Rest in peace Paul. You had some cool stuff.

The 1800 mile Hemi Satelite story as i have heard it is that it was owned by a Moonshiner that got busted and went to prison. His brother took his Satelite and a 700 mile Hemi Challenger and dug a hole in the side of a mountain, put the cars inside and walled them up till his brother finished doing his time. Both cars are now sitting side by side again....

The SD went for $92,500 if I remember correctly. The 61 did OK, I can't remember the number now. Best car was the Ferrari at $265,000 and the L88 did well at $210,000. Another friend bought the '66 L72 Impala and it's going to Houston. The "R" Code Ford and Mercury didn't do too well and they were cool cars. The ZR1 Corvettes didn't break the bank, either. I would have liked the 415 ZR1, but it couldn't pass Smog inspection, so it really couldn't be driven on the street.
The bikes went through the roof, Paul's daughter bought one.
The Grand Prix did well at $35,000, it was a cool car and very fast. The Plum Impala went for $37,000.
I enjoyed driving the L88 over the block, had some fun rides in that car with Paul at the helm.
