Default 70 SS Camaro

What a day. Yesterday my best friend responded to an add on Craigs list regarding a 70 SS Camaro. Well when he started to look the car over and inspect the interior he happened to find the replacement protecto plate in the glove box which was never mentioned and turned out to be a nice surprise. Today we brought the car home and did some nosing around and he happened to come a cross a buildsheet located in the springs of the back seat. Not bad for $3300.
Could there be more then one buildsheet? If so, Where else should we look. Any help is appreciated.

Here's a few pics

Look behind the front seat backs, and under the carpet

There is probably one on top of the fuel tank as it is a very common location for LA built Camaros.

over here on the east coast, we'd have to pay $3500 for a rusty one!

Why can't I find a similar car for $3,300? AWESOME find! Drop the tank slowly and I'm sure you'll find a build sheet. Under the dash and under the front seats too. Any, under headliner/carpet is an ideal spot to look too but since you found one, why rip the car apart for more?

Looks rather solid. 350/ac neat. Love the colored hat! Clean second gen. What are your plans for it?

FYI, Forest Green, Green Vinyl Top, Dark Green Custom Vinyl Interior.........300HP/350

Hard to estimate your cost of restoration or value when done, as you just dont see many of this type being restored, survived or flipped.

If any 2nd Gen questions, suggest you get involved with www.nastyz28.com or write my Email

Whats the deal with the vin stamp. Im not disputing it, I've just noticed that it seems that Van Nuys cars have sloppy or hand stamped numbers on the engine pads..

Great Find, here in the Chicago area "land of salt" the rust would not be free, thats all that would be left

Great Car
