I live two miles from where the pictures were taken. Sheriff Borkovich is a good friend of mine and I told him the day of the viewing someone would pay stupid money for the car, so a bid of $58,100 plus 6% sales tax and 5% buyers fee doesn’t surprise me.

I’m no Mopar expert, but I’d guess Chrysler didn't attach the trim tag on inside drivers fender well with Philips head screws.

Might all be a moot point as the original owner is now found. If I was him, I’d be all over the high bidder, the bidder couldn’t get me the money fast enough.

Believe that’s the way it basically works in MI also, except for titled vehicles, which are auctioned by DMV, then they pay any valid claims, storage, etc and keep the remaining funds.
