Oh man.. I have been referring to my Honest Charley catalogs from 69 and 71.. It looks white but it would help if I read the fine print. "Stick mounted chrome HURST switch". I'm wrong again. Good thing I didn't buy it. Looks like I should spend the $ on a new eyeglass prescription.

Now I am curious when the cut over was.

I'll dig out some old Midwest catalogs tomorrow and look. Are they black and white pictures...maybe chrome is showing white?

Yeah that is it then. All pics I have are B/W so it does look white.

I haven't seen a chrome one for sale for a long time. My switch is good but rubber mounting has went away. I'm afraid to try to disassemble and replace it. Probably do irrepairable damage

I had it bookmarked and was bidding but I bailed a long time before 586.00. I had been looking for a chrome one myself and found the auction before I saw this thread. Guess I will keep looking... Wow
