1970 Yenko Deuce for sale on EBaY - Gobi Beige, 4 speed, p/s, sold from Mancuso in IL. The ad says 4k miles, but it's probably 104k. Car looks pretty solid, would make a nice project for someone - Alan Cardo???????

What would be a reasonable price for a car like this to sell for in today's market? What are the fully restored and documented cars going for these days? Are there any cars available on the market?

I don't have much on this one - it was kept quiet, and when we did confirm the car awhile back it just wanted to stay quiet. We don't bug folks who wish to be left alone, so we left it be. I was excited to hear that a Deuce was on EBaY though, great pics, great doc's, really - a great project! Oh, awesome color too, [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif[/img]

Today's value? That could be tough, I've seen cars sell that were resto'd but needed to be redone sell in the $90k+ range recently. So, I'd use that as a starting point. Comparably, I'd say that the going rate for a well done car is up in the $180k range somewhere, so back off $60-80k for a resto and that puts you at around the same number. So, I'd throw it out there as a $80-$100k value. Its very hard though, Deuces don't sell nearly as often as the Camaros, so we don't have a lot of comparables.

Oh man, this is killin' me! I'd even take a Gobi Beige one. Probably would need to sell my '69 Vette, '70 Nova, and get into the home equity line of credit to touch it. Sigh.

But it'd be cool to have a twin of Marlin's car.
